Salesforce implementation and migration with a foundation built for growth

Implement Salesforce correctly from the outset.

We help growing companies assess, design, implement and migrate to Salesforce with processes, data, automation and essential integrations defined through an architecture-led approach.

When it fits

When the current CRM is becoming limiting or Salesforce is the next step

Salesforce Foundation starts with the business situation, not with platform configuration.

We are assessing Salesforce

You need to confirm whether Salesforce supports the commercial or operational process and what initial scope is proportionate.

We need a new implementation

The company needs to define processes, users, data, security, reporting and automation without creating premature complexity.

We want to migrate our CRM

The existing CRM is limiting operations and data and processes need to move to Salesforce with traceability and validation.

We need connected systems

Salesforce must work from the outset with ERP, internal applications, forms or other information sources.

Process and architecture design workshop for a new implementation.

Salesforce Foundation

An implementation proportionate to the business and built to evolve

Scope is selected according to the problem, users, data and dependencies. Not every project requires every area.

01

Discovery and solution design

We assess processes, users, the current CRM, data, reporting, security and integrations to confirm scope and whether Salesforce is the right decision.

02

Implementation and initial architecture

We configure the functional foundation, data model, roles, permissions, commercial or service processes and the technical decisions required for the agreed scope.

03

Salesforce Migration

We plan extraction, cleansing, mapping, loading and validation of data from the existing CRM or system, with defined reconciliation criteria.

04

Automation and essential integrations

We implement priority automation and integrations with ERP or other systems when they form part of the MVP and create real operational value.

05

Testing, handover and roadmap

We validate the solution, document decisions, transfer knowledge and leave a roadmap for adoption and future evolution.

Salesforce implementation assessment and plan

When scope cannot yet be estimated responsibly, we run a prior phase to define processes, data, integrations, architecture, MVP, risks and roadmap. It is a decision phase, not a third commercial offer.

How we work

Decide, implement, validate and transfer

  1. 01

    Assessment

We confirm the need, context and whether Salesforce is appropriate.

  2. 02

    Scope and architecture

We define the MVP, data, security, integrations, deliverables and exclusions.

  3. 03

    Implementation and validation

We build in phases and validate configuration, automation, migration and integrations.

  4. 04

    Handover and evolution

We deliver documentation, knowledge transfer and a prioritized roadmap.

Priority contexts

Three environments where Salesforce can become critical infrastructure

We are not limited to these industries. We prioritize them because they often combine commercial growth, operations, data and integrations that need to evolve through a shared architecture.

Industrial, Manufacturing & B2B Distribution

Growing sales teams, professional customers, orders, after-sales service and data distributed across Salesforce, ERP and other applications.

Technical Services & Field Operations

Sales and after-sales service connected with technicians, contracts, assets, work orders and distributed operations.

B2B Services & Technology

Expanding sales teams, multiple markets, Sales Cloud, customer service, reporting, automation and internal tools connected with CRM.

Technical capability

Technical leadership with verifiable credentials

Technical leadership is provided by Ángel Darío Paguay Guevara, a Software Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), with 10 years of Salesforce experience. Throughout his professional career, he has contributed through technology consulting firms to projects for Banco Santander, Telefónica, Naturgy and Peugeot.

FAQ

Before implementing or migrating to Salesforce

Does the first conversation confirm whether Salesforce fits?

The initial conversation helps us understand the situation. When the decision requires analysis of processes, data and integrations, we propose an implementation assessment and plan with defined scope and deliverables.

Can you migrate from an existing CRM?

Yes, when migration is part of the scope. We review structure, quality, mappings, volume, dependencies and validation criteria before loading data.

Does every implementation include Sales Cloud or Service Cloud?

We do not impose a product or a fixed catalogue. The solution is defined according to the company's processes and confirmed scope.

Does the implementation include integrations?

It can include integrations essential to the MVP when systems, data, owners and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal.

What happens after implementation?

Closure includes documentation, knowledge transfer and a roadmap. Further evolution may continue with the client's team, another provider or through a new engagement agreed with SENVORA.

Already using Salesforce?

If the platform already supports important processes and you need new functionality, integrations, automation or restored technical control, review Salesforce Evolution & Stabilization.
