The form collects a name, email address, company, selected primary issue and optional additional context. It also generates a submission identifier, timestamp, locale and source page and uses technical controls such as validation, a honeypot, payload limits and a minimum completion time.

It does not request a telephone number, identity document, address, bank details, budget, files or passwords. Users are asked not to submit credentials, third-party personal data or sensitive information.

The data is used to receive and answer enquiries, analyse requirements related to professional services, maintain business conversations initiated by the Data Subject and, where applicable, prepare a potential contractual relationship. Technical form data is also used for validation, security and abuse prevention.

When a person requests service information, a conversation, an assessment, a proposal or a potential engagement, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at the Data Subject’s request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For certain B2B professional communications that do not constitute pre-contractual steps, processing may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable. Certain professional contact data may be subject to Article 19 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) when its requirements are met.

Vercel provides infrastructure, hosting, execution of the contact endpoint and technical measurement through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Resend processes and delivers the necessary form content by email. Google Workspace receives and retains the correspondence in SENVORA Systems’ corporate mailbox.

Form fields are not deliberately sent to Analytics, and the current implementation contains no custom events.

SENVORA Systems does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Technology providers may process information on behalf of SENVORA Systems to provide the necessary infrastructure, delivery and corporate email services.

Some technology providers may process data or permit access from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, SENVORA Systems relies on transfer mechanisms recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified entities or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that do not result in a business relationship will be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive interaction and may be deleted sooner when there is no longer a purpose for keeping them.

If an opportunity remains active, data may be retained while the conversation is reasonably active. If a contractual relationship begins, the retention periods applicable to that relationship and the relevant legal obligations will subsequently apply.

Where applicable, Data Subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and may withdraw consent where a specific processing activity relies on consent. Requests may be sent to legal@senvorasystems.com. Where there are reasonable doubts about the requester’s identity, additional information strictly necessary for verification may be requested.

A complaint may also be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Proportionate technical and organisational measures are applied, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed. The services are directed at organisations and professionals, and the website is not designed specifically for children. This policy may be updated to reflect technical, operational or regulatory changes.
