Data processed
The form may collect a name, email address, company, selected primary issue and optional additional context. It also generates a submission identifier and timestamp and uses the minimum technical data required for security and abuse prevention. It does not request a job title, telephone number, files, budget information, bank details, credentials, third-party personal data, geolocation data or billing information.
Purpose
The data is used to receive and manage business enquiries, understand the initial context, assess whether there may be a suitable fit, respond to the enquiry and protect the form against abuse. It is not used for newsletters, behavioral advertising, automated commercial profiling, remarketing or automated decision-making. The data is not sold or stored in a CRM.
Lawful basis
Depending on the context, processing may be based on taking steps requested before entering into a potential contractual relationship, the legitimate interest in responding to professional communications, and applicable legal obligations. This determination must be confirmed as part of the legal review before launch.
Service providers and recipients
Vercel provides application hosting and delivery, together with aggregated web analytics and performance metrics. Resend delivers contact enquiries to the receiving mailbox. Form fields are not sent to analytics. Contractual terms, processing regions, subprocessors and potential international transfers must be reviewed before launch. The data is not sold or disclosed for advertising purposes.
Retention
The data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and manage the potential professional relationship. It may subsequently be restricted for the periods required to address legal liabilities. The final retention criteria must be legally validated.
Individual rights
Where applicable, individuals may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis. Requests may be sent to legal@senvorasystems.com. A complaint may also be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Security, children and changes
Proportionate technical and organizational measures are applied, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed. The service is not specifically directed at children. This policy may be updated to reflect technical, operational or regulatory changes.
