Salesforce maintenance and support to keep your team moving
We help companies already using Salesforce address everyday needs and progress improvements. Direct technical contact, shared priorities and agreed delivery capacity.
Everyday support and steady improvements
We select the activities suited to your environment. The proposal defines capacity, responsibilities, working hours and support arrangements.
Administration and questions
Users, permissions, configuration and functional questions within the agreed scope.
Issue resolution
Analysis and resolution of included issues, prioritized by impact and dependencies.
Small improvements
Adjustments to automation, reporting, screens and processes that make your team's work easier.
Reviews and documentation
Periodic review of priorities, completed work, available capacity and next steps.
When you need continuity before expanding your internal team
A fit if you already use Salesforce, have an owner who can prioritize and validate changes, and need external support. We can also work with your current administrator or provider with clear responsibilities.
Understand the environment, agree the engagement and make progress
- 01
Initial conversation
We discuss users, processes, issues and pending improvements to assess the fit.
- 02
Entry assessment
Where needed, we quote a focused review. Significant existing issues are addressed in the plan before we assume ongoing responsibilities.
- 03
Collaboration proposal
We agree capacity, priorities, channels, working hours, first-response times and how additional work is handled.
- 04
Delivery and review
We implement, test and document included changes. We review priorities and outstanding work with your owner.
Priority industries
B2B teams that need systems suited to their work.
We prioritize these sectors for their commercial and operational needs. We assess each project by scope and complexity as well as company size.
B2B services and technology
Engineering firms, consultancies, professional services and technology companies that need organized sales, customer service and management information.
Distribution and industrial supplies
Companies with sales teams, business customers and data spread across CRM, ERP and other applications.
Technical services and maintenance
Companies coordinating enquiries, contracts, issues and after-sales service. Field operations needs are assessed against project scope.

Before arranging Salesforce maintenance
Can this be a monthly engagement?
Yes. We can agree a monthly engagement after understanding the environment and confirming available capacity. The proposal defines activities, capacity and conditions; it does not provide unlimited support.
What counts towards agreed capacity?
Agreed activities, including analysis, meetings, delivery, testing and documentation. We define how these are recorded and prioritized and how work beyond that capacity is handled.
Do you provide round-the-clock support?
Working hours, channels and first-response times are agreed before work starts. Resolution depends on the issue and its dependencies. Round-the-clock availability is not included by default.
Does this include new development or integrations?
Small improvements can be included according to effort and agreed capacity. Larger development or integration work is assessed and quoted as a separate project.
Are licenses included?
Salesforce licenses and third-party services are contracted and budgeted separately. The proposal identifies SENVORA service costs and responsibilities.
Can we keep our current provider?
Yes. We agree who performs each task, how changes are coordinated and who validates delivery to avoid overlap.
Need a specific improvement or a first implementation?
